This role holds primary responsibility for protecting the safety and health of persons and physical assets across three areas of Selangor Properties’ business, namely:
Property Development – the development of major projects including new residential, office and retail developments together with landed property projects, all of which are built in association with third party construction companies.
Asset Management - the day-to-day management of office, residential, retail buildings and car parks that generate rental income for the company.
Corporate - head office and satellite office activities involving company personnel (occupational health).
The incumbent should have Masters/Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or relevant disciplines.
A registered competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with the Occupational Safety & Health Department (DOSH) - must have a valid GREEN BOOK and NIOSH Certified.
Minimum 15 years’ professional experience including at least 5 years’ experience working on the Client side of major construction projects and an asset management environment.
