As Chairman of the Group, Mr Wen Chiu Chi is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Group. He was appointed as a director of Selangor Properties Berhad on 20 April 1979.

He held the position of an Executive Director from 1979 to 2000. In year 2000, he assumed the position of the Managing Director of the Company. On 27 December 2017, he relinquished the position of Managing Director and assumed the position of Chairman of the Company.

Mr. Calvin Liew Foo Shen was appointed as a Chief Executive Officer of Selangor Properties Sdn Bhd with effect from 1 February 2026.

He possesses nearly two decades of distinguished professional experience in the audit practice at Ernst & Young PLT, encompassing a diverse array of industries, including real estate, oil & gas, mining & metals, power & utilities, semiconductors, consumer products, and plantations.

Renowned for his leadership in talent development and mentoring, Mr. Liew will advance SPB’s strategic objectives in asset management and innovation, encompassing key assets of SPB group of companies. He is also committed to advancing philanthropy—alongside green space development and strategic partnerships—to support local and global community initiatives.

Mr Lee Boon Kian has over 30 years of experience in the financial and operational management for Residential and Commercial property development. He joined Selangor Properties Berhad as a Financial Controller in 2002 and was transferred to Kayin Holdings Sdn Bhd, the Group’s Holding Company in 2016.

He holds a Diploma in Financial Accounting, TARC and an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Ms. Pung Bee Tin has over 35 years of experience in strategic financial leadership, specializing in strengthening financial reporting, internal controls, and business planning processes across diverse industries including property development and investment, automotive, financial services and, oil and gas services.

She holds a professional qualification in Financial Accounting and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
